Product description

GREEN TECH Water-based Cleaner from the SOPPEC PRO TECH range is a high-performance product in DITYBAG packaging and can only be used with DITYBOX.
Formulated essentially with over 80% water, the water-based Cleaner has a very low petroleum-based solvent content.
As a result, the product labelling is not required to feature hazard pictograms (CLP regulations).

Properties

Outstanding cleaning and degreasing power.
Effective on all types of dirt, whatever the cause.
Miscible in water and can be rinsed with water.
Odourless.
Removes oils and greases quickly.
Particularly effective for removing soluble oils.
Inert on painted surfaces, elastomers, plastics.
Protection against corrosion.

Main applications

All Water-based cleaner applications: removal of industrial soiling. It is also suitable for use as "brake cleaner": drum brakes, disk brakes.
Ideal for degreasing, cleaning steels, aluminium, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, plastics, marbles, tiles, industrial coatings, etc. but also for cleaning machine structures and industrial floors.

General recommendations for use

SOPPEC GREEN TECH Water-based Cleaner can be used either in the horizontal or vertical position.
After applying, leave in contact for a few seconds before wiping with a cloth.
Its specially designed dispenser means that the product is effective even on small areas.
It is non-flammable and does not require any special storage conditions, as DITYBAG is resistant to high and low temperatures and to moisture.
Shelf life before use: 2 years.
For use: With DITYBOX only (see instructions for use of DITYSPRAY concept).
Waste disposal: After it has been used in full, DITYBAG does not require specific waste disposal due to its almost full delivery rate (>97%) of unlabelled product (OIW waste).

DITYSPRAY

Water-based Cleaner is used with DITYBOX (product number 990000), part of the DITYSPRAY system. DITYSPRAY is an alternative to aerosol packaging, ideal for confined and/or at-risk working environments. The secure airtight DITYBOX receptacle accommodates DITYBAGs containing active product. The system operates with compressed air which is used to propel the product from the DITYBAG without the need for flammable propellant. This easy-to-use, refillable system can be reused up to 5000 times.
